Overview

As a Presales Consultant at OPENVAS, you will leverage your technical expertise in cybersecurity to support sales activities across the UK and Ireland, working remotely. Your role will involve engaging customers and partners, providing consultancy, and ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions.

In Short

• Provide expert technical consultancy during presales activities.
• Collaborate with global sales teams to design tailored security solutions.
• Deliver engaging customer presentations, both on-site and via webcast.
• Contribute to tenders and RFPs, supporting technical proposals.
• Lead Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and pilot deployments.
• Plan and carry out installations in complex IT environments.
• Provide technical leadership on large-scale customer projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing infrastructures.
• Refine and enhance presales processes for competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience as a Presales Consultant in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of network technologies, virtualization, and vulnerability management.
• Experience in an international project environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with OPENVAS solutions is a plus.
• Excellent command of English with strong technical proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel within the region (approx. 30%).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
