Overview

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for supporting revenue generating activities at NRI, focusing on co-sell initiatives with Microsoft to drive new leads and customer acquisition.

In Short

  • Drive co-sell motion between NRI and Microsoft
  • Key liaison between Digital Alliances and NRI’s sales functions
  • Support relationship with Microsoft field sellers
  • Accelerate existing sales opportunities
  • Increase leads and customer logos from Microsoft
  • Drive targeted campaigns aligned with Microsoft priorities
  • Develop shareable content for sellers and customers
  • Conduct training sessions for NRI sellers
  • Gather feedback to improve workflows and processes
  • Identify opportunities for sales acceleration

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience selling with Microsoft
  • Experience in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Proven ability in customer and partner relationship management
  • Experience with Microsoft products and policies
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused environment
  • Experience with Microsoft functions beyond sales
