Overview

The Regional Sales Director for NRI North America will lead a team of Account Executives in the Ohio and Western Region, focusing on driving growth in IT products, services, and managed services.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 8 to 10 account executives.
  • Drive month over month and quarter over quarter growth in bookings.
  • Interface with sales staff to track pipeline and drive accountability.
  • Coach sales staff and recommend performance improvements.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the RVP.
  • Work with finance for accurate revenue recognition.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain integrity and uphold organizational values.
  • Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
  • Generate new mid-market and enterprise commercial accounts.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in IT products/services sales.
  • 3 years’ experience leading a sales team.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Proven track record in selling professional services.
  • Experience with Cisco and Microsoft products.
  • Sales management experience (5+ years).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with CRM software such as SFDC or Dynamics.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and deliverables.
