We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead and mentor our team of Client Directors in pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Salesforce technology, possess a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and have a deep understanding of the consulting landscape.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Directors (Account Executives).
  • Drive growth through coaching and guiding sales team members.
  • Execute on sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage sales forecasting, deal strategies, and KPI management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation.
  • Build strong client relationships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Travel within the region as required (minimum 1-2 times a month).
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in B2B sales, specifically in Salesforce Implementation Services.
  • 2-4+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
