Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer - Collaboration - Remote

Overview

The Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for the design, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services, providing operational support and managing escalated incidents.

In Short

• React and resolve cases submitted or alerted by monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct performance assessments of clients' M365 environments.
• Assist team members in case resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for issue escalation.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Some client interactions will be required.
• After hours/weekend work may be required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT or an MSP environment focused on Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and PowerShell scripting.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong customer service focus.
