Overview

The Channel Account Manager (CAM) will work within the sales team to promote and sell all portfolio security products, supporting assigned partners and driving growth and retention in the territory.

In Short

  • Work with the sales team to achieve territory quota.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners for satisfaction and success.
  • Partner with Sales Engineer for new business generation.
  • Support partners with training and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Provide relationship management and ongoing training for partners.
  • Drive growth for WatchGuard One Certifications.
  • Stay updated on WatchGuard products and services.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales.
  • Experience in a two-tier/channel sales ecosystem.
  • Preferred experience in network/cyber security.
  • Proven sales excellence with national and major accounts.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
  • Must be located in assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Fluent in English, with Spanish as a native language.
