Power BI Analyst - Remote

Overview

NRI North America is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Power BI Business Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI to support financial, sales, and operational decision-making processes.

In Short

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Analyze business requirements and define data needs.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights for business decisions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for data modeling and visualization.
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot report refresh errors and data quality issues.
• Assist with month-end financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Power BI development and implementation.
• Business acumen in finance, sales, and operations.
• Strong understanding of Power BI features and capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with SQL and data integration technologies.
• Familiarity with version control for managing changes.
