BI Analyst - Remote

Overview

The BI Analyst at JLL will be responsible for procurement analytical duties, managing tenders, and supporting Sourcing Managers in procurement activities while ensuring adherence to established procedures.

• Responsible for procurement analytical and administration duties.
• Support Sourcing Managers in procurement activities.
• Manage and update Power BI dashboards.
• Conduct special studies for process improvement.

• Perform tasks assigned by the Head of Sourcing.

• Travel for client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or related fields.
• Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server.
• Project management skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
