• We are currently seeking a BI Analyst to join our team in either a hybrid role based out of Franklin, TN or as a remote position.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Generate and automate regular and ad hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across reports and dashboards.
• Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend improvements.
• Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques.
• Maintain clear documentation of BI solutions.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Previous experience with Jasper Reports.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and automation techniques.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
