BI Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a BI Analyst, you will be working closely with key stakeholders to help our team turn data into actionable insights. You’ll play a critical role in leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and inform product development.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Analyze large datasets from various sources, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
• Continuously improve data quality and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
