BI Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to support our telemedicine operations. You will closely collaborate with various departments, providing useful insights, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall development of the company.

• Analyze large and complex data sets to generate useful insights.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets, and other tools.
• Conduct KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform cohort analysis and customer profiling to understand patient behaviors and trends.
• Oversee data warehouse migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Supervise the implementation of data warehouses and ensure data integrity and security.
• Implement best practices in data management to maintain high data quality standards.
• Work with API integrations to ensure smooth data flow between systems.
• Manage and optimize data storage solutions, including BigQuery and MySQL.
• Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to support their data needs.
