In Short

  • Join the Customer Support Team as a Technical Customer Support Representative.
  • Assist in troubleshooting customer reported problems and managing support tickets.
  • Work in a hybrid role or fully remote position.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails regarding technology-related issues.
  • Document communications accurately in the ticket management system.
  • Proactively communicate ticket status and resolutions to customers.
  • Analyze problems for root causes and implement solutions.
  • Promote best practices and process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer experience.
  • Work a weekend shift from Tuesday to Saturday.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in technical customer service roles preferred.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Network Services.
  • Understanding of Windows Server Operating System preferred.
  • Database knowledge preferred.
