Overview

The Strategic Account Portfolio Manager ensures efficient operations for Carrier’s Strategic accounts, focusing on client satisfaction and effective service delivery.

In Short

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for strategic accounts.
  • Improve service delivery and client relationships.
  • Track and report compliance with contract requirements.
  • Resolve operational issues impacting key accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable for positive cash flow.
  • Generate performance reports related to contracts.
  • Collaborate with field service teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Identify customer portfolio requirements for multi-site contracts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years of Operational Account Management or Service Management experience.
  • Preferred: Associate or BA/BS degree.
  • Experience in HVAC preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP S/4Hana).
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
