Overview

The Regional Business Manager will provide direction and support for distributor partners within the Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky markets, focusing on customer relationships and business performance.

In Short

  • Manage a customer base and relationships within assigned territory.
  • Act as a primary contact for distribution and channel management teams.
  • Conduct business development activities for defined customer segments.
  • Develop customer presentations and relationships to influence opportunities.
  • Implement sales and marketing programs to increase market penetration.
  • Analyze sales and market data for successful business strategies.
  • Forecast distributor programs, budgets, and sales volumes.
  • Engage with external channel partners and coordinate cross-functionally.
  • Full accountability for distributor customers.
  • Communicate and manage factory sales and marketing programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or operations management.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel 60% domestically.
  • Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in HVAC or construction industry.
  • Proven success in a Sales role with demonstrated growth.
  • Strong experience with multiple sales and distribution channels.
  • Ability to listen and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Proven capacity to communicate professionally.
