Master Field Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Master Field Engineer at Automated Logic is responsible for advancing the business through the expansion of Aftermarket Services. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is customer-focused and can mentor less experienced engineers while solving complex problems.

In Short

• Provide solutions to complex system problems.
• Serve as a local contact for technical issues.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Field Service Engineers.
• Perform system maintenance on field controllers and hardware.
• Communicate issues and recommend enhancements.
• Manage assigned work to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide site-specific training to owners/operators.
• Possess a current Driver’s License.
• 6+ years of experience in Building Automation or HVAC.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift items up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Business School Certificate preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Experience with blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
