• We are looking for a skilled Field Engineer to join our engineering team.
• This role focuses on onboarding customers from an infrastructure standpoint.
• Deliver technical demos when needed.
• Guide clients through the deployment and configuration of Qdrant’s technologies.
• Support customers in setting up scalable and secure environments.
• Assist with infrastructure design and optimization.
• Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide pre-sales technical guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical implementation, systems engineering, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and/or GoLang.
• Familiarity with database technologies, including vector databases.
• Experience working with open-source technologies is preferred.
• Ability to script and automate infrastructure tasks.
• Background in AI or machine learning applications is a plus.
