Solutions Engineer (EMEA) - Remote

Overview

Qdrant is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their European field team, focusing on AI infrastructure and technical engagements with customers.

In Short

• Support technical evaluations and proof-of-concept builds.
• Build demo environments and showcase Qdrant's performance advantages.
• Respond to technical questions from prospective customers.
• Learn the competitive landscape across vector search and AI infrastructure.
• Represent Qdrant in online communities and tech events.
• Work with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software/data engineering or solutions engineering.
• Comfortable writing and reading code (Python required).
• Curiosity about AI infrastructure and experience with LLMs or embeddings.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-directed and able to learn independently.
• Based in Europe and available to work within European business hours.
