Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, partnering closely with Account Executives to secure both the technical and commercial win. Your goal with each customer is to show how Ashby supports their unique needs and highlight how our platform can transform the way they hire.

In Short

  • Work closely with Account Executives to drive sales.
  • Deliver personalized product demonstrations.
  • Facilitate product trials and coordinate RFP responses.
  • Develop deep product expertise and understand customer challenges.
  • Engage with talent acquisition leaders to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the product organization for enhancements.
  • Utilize discovery skills and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Adapt presentations based on customer inquiries.
  • Build compelling narratives around product capabilities.
  • Contribute to reshaping the talent acquisition landscape.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant.
  • Familiarity with HR or Talent teams.
  • Deep product expertise in SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills.
  • Ability to create tailored product demonstrations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
  • Proficiency in translating customer feedback into product requirements.
