The Strategic Alliances Manager at Achievers will lead the development and management of alliances in the APAC region, focusing on partnerships that drive sales and enhance the company's ecosystem.

Requirements

• B2B Partnerships experience in the HCM industry.
• 5+ years in partner sales or alliances development in SaaS.
• Commercially savvy with a can-do attitude.
• Strong presentation skills to new partners and at SLT level.
• Self-motivated and results-focused.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
