Overview

As a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager at interface.ai, you will support the growth and success of our partner network, building and nurturing relationships to expand our presence in the banking & credit union space.

In Short

• Support the development and execution of partnership strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Engage with existing partners to ensure their success.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential partners.
• Assist in negotiations with channel partners.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts.
• Represent interface.ai at industry events.
• Provide regular updates on partner performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
• Experience with financial institutions in the US is preferred.
• Client-facing role experience with a track record of managing partnerships.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
