The Director of Professional Services at Veeam is responsible for managing the delivery of professional services to customers through our partner-aligned model, ensuring effective customer onboarding and successful implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional services roles within software companies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of team development.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required (at least 40%).
