Overview

The Manager, Learning & Development is a key role at Aspen Dental, responsible for executing development strategies and programs for clinical lines of business, while enhancing the quality of care through continuous education.

In Short

  • Lead the design and implementation of clinical continuing education programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of learning and development experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
  • Experience with digital and blended learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
