We are looking for a Lead Dispute Specialist to join our Patient Financing team, focusing on improving patient financing processes and resolving disputes.

In Short

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on patient financing products.
  • Monitor and address lender complaints and patient satisfaction escalations.
  • Lead resolution of escalated complaints and disputes.
  • Identify and manage dispute reduction opportunities.
  • Collaborate with lenders to analyze common complaint causes.
  • Facilitate discussions across multiple business levels.
  • Enhance training resources and support for field teams.
  • Conduct complaints mitigation bootcamp sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Effective communication through various platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in analyzing reports and performance data.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and dental industry preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented focus.
  • Experience in training preferred.
