Lead Finance Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Finance Specialist with strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. In this role, you will oversee budgeting processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive informed business decisions.

In Short

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including P&L Statements, balance Sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and maintain accuracy in financial analytics and ensure consistency with corporate financial standards.
• Coordinate and lead the quarterly budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, trend evaluation, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Partner with other finance and operational teams to align reporting and budgeting with strategic goals.
• Lead continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proficient in financial statement analysis and budgeting methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of 1C.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Ukrainian: Native.
