Senior CCaaS Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior CCaaS Engineer at The Aspen Group (TAG) is responsible for the technical management and hands-on support of the organization’s CCaaS platform and related integrated applications across more than 1,400 locations, ensuring seamless communication systems that align with business objectives.

• Manage and support CCaaS platform across multiple locations.
• Configure and develop scripts for telecommunication systems.
• Implement system integration and API connections.

• Identify opportunities for technology enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for licensing and capacity management.

• Drive initiatives with low oversight while being highly collaborative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of Nice CXone scripting experience.
• 5+ years in business call center requirements gathering.
• 3+ years of experience with application integration into Nice CXone.
• Familiarity with cloud-based telecom solutions.
• Strong O365 abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ITIL or IT service management frameworks.
• Critical thinking and assertive work ethic.
• Experience in a multi-location, multi-brand organization preferred.
