The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) at WellNow Urgent Care is responsible for overseeing the operations, growth, and development of multiple urgent care sites within a designated region, ensuring that business goals are met while providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Health Information Technology (HIT) Systems.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurability.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
