Overview

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations with proven experience in dental practice leadership to oversee multi-site operations across Illinois, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in dental operations.
• Experience managing multiple dental offices is required.
• Strong background with DSO, DPO, or large private dental groups.
• Solid command of P&L management and operational KPIs.
• In-depth knowledge of dental workflows and team dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to support doctor-partners and build high-performing teams.
• Must be based in the Midwest and willing to travel.
