Overview

The Vice President, Field Operations & Sales will support the Division President in leading and overseeing the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a +25-location, +300-employee, +$200M revenue division of ClearChoice.

  • Promote innovation in patient care and treatment protocols.
  • Engage with stakeholders to strengthen community relationships.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in a sales leadership role.
  • Experience working with C-level executives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PowerBI.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM and sales technology.
  • Proven ability to articulate persuasive arguments.
