Overview

The Account Manager will focus on sales within the On-Highway hydraulic market segment, serving various OEM equipment manufacturers and industrial customers in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to grow the customer base.
  • Conduct full cycle prospecting activities including cold calls and sales presentations.
  • Utilize hydraulic sales experience to assist customers with their equipment needs.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams.
  • Manage time and territory using MS Outlook, MS Excel, and CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Two- or four-year Technical Diploma, preferably in engineering or fluid power.
  • Fluid Power certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industrial sales experience in mobile hydraulic equipment.
  • Experience with value-added industrial sales preferred.
  • Product application and troubleshooting experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Overnight travel may be necessary.
