Overview

As a Partner Leader at Statsig, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our go-to-market strategy by developing and scaling key partner relationships to drive revenue growth.

In Short

• Build and execute a partner ecosystem strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners.
• Build relationships with Consulting firms/VARs and Agencies.
• Create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with product and engineering teams for technology alliances.
• Establish partner enablement programs.
• Lead business planning with key partners.
• Monitor the competitive landscape for opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement scalable partner management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in Partner Management or Strategic Alliances.
• Strategic thinker with market analysis skills.
• Proven success in scaling partner ecosystems.
• Strong track record of driving partner-led revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software sales.
• Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience with partner enablement tools and CRM.
• Ability to work independently.
