Solutions Architect (Post Sales) - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Statsig, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful adoption and long-term success for our customers by providing technical guidance and support.

In Short

• Partner with customers to define success metrics for onboarding.
• Educate customers on maximizing value from Statsig.
• Provide guided implementation support for integration.
• Deliver training sessions and educational materials.
• Offer ongoing technical guidance and drive product adoption.
• Monitor customer health and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Influence product roadmaps based on customer needs.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes and strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated executive presence and persuasive communication.
• Proactive problem-solver who drives solutions forward.
• Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Applied experience with programming languages (Python, Ruby, PHP).
• Ability to learn new programming languages and concepts quickly.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in office from Bellvue, WA.
