Overview

As an Account Manager for Statsig, you will be at the forefront of enterprise customer relationships, driving value and uncovering growth opportunities while managing a portfolio of high-impact accounts.

In Short

  • Build trust and drive value in enterprise customer relationships.
  • Lead onboarding, health monitoring, and strategic alignment with customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive revenue growth through account expansion.
  • Regularly assess customer health and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Track and analyze account performance and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide strategic recommendations during business reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related matters.
  • Familiarity with software development processes is preferred.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record in managing complex customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Experience engaging with executives and navigating organizations.
  • Familiarity with consumption-based pricing is a plus.
