Requirements

• 8+ years of People Partner experience supporting R&D, product, AI, or engineering teams.
• Proven experience driving fast-paced innovation and designing org structures.
• Strong influence and communication skills with executives.
• Ability to translate people metrics into strategic insights.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach.
