Overview

As a People Partner at Tide, you will be responsible for improving service delivery and customer service, partnering with managers, coaching, advising on employee relations, and supporting employee lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in HR roles.
• Knowledge of IN employment legislation.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Track record of increasing employee engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful in resolving HR issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with Lattice and BambooHR is a plus.
