Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS and performance management systems.
