Overview

As a People Partner at Tide, you will focus on improving service delivery and enhancing employee experience while partnering with managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years in HR, preferably in startups and global MNCs.
• Knowledge of Indian employment legislation.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Track record of increasing employee engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful in resolving HR issues.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Lattice and BambooHR is a plus.
