Manager, Payer and Employer Partnerships - Remote

Overview

SonderMind is seeking a Manager, Payor and Employer Partnerships to accelerate our relationships with our payer and employer partners. This role will be central to SonderMind’s efforts to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare by engaging and activating key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.

In Short

• Own and execute a payor and employer engagement and sales strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value partners.
• Represent SonderMind at industry conferences and events.
• Support sales efforts through relationship development.
• Present and demo SonderMind’s solutions to partners.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Deliver against sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in health technology or digital healthcare partnerships.
• Success in building and executing partnership strategies.
• Experience achieving sales targets in healthcare.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to adapt.
• Passionate about transforming healthcare access.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
