Account Manager - East & West Flanders - Remote

Overview

Therefore, we are looking for an Account Manager who will actively develop the East & West Flanders region and ensure further growth.

In Short

• Realize sales objectives by building a customer portfolio and partner network.
• Advise customers on service solutions offered by Initial in sanitary solutions.
• Responsible for building a customer portfolio and achieving set targets.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
• Negotiate contracts in a structured, professional manner.
• Contact third parties (e.g., facility companies, cleaning companies, project developers).
• Responsible for own administration, reporting, and timely follow-up of requests.
• Ensure quality and service!

Requirements

• Born sales talent who can convince everyone.
• Result-oriented and persistent in seizing opportunities.
• Experience in building commercial relationships in a B2B environment.
• Preferably experience with contract sales in a service company.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills, familiar with common software packages (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive).
• Fluent in Dutch and have a good basic knowledge of French.
• Strong sense of responsibility and pride in contributing to a growing company.
