Overview

The Global Database Support Manager is responsible for leading a team of Database Administrators in providing 24/7 global support for mission-critical database environments, ensuring stability, performance, and availability.

  • Experience with MSSQL and MySQL.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
