We are seeking a passionate Technical Support Manager to lead our Global Technical Support team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving team success.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and support platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Experience with TPM or OEM is desirable.
