Overview

The Sales Manager of New Business is the leader of a sales team comprised of Senior Account Executives responsible for developing new business and acquiring new customers within a specific named account list and/or region. This leader is accountable for achieving monthly and annual regional sales new logo goals. This role provides direction, leadership, and training to the Senior Account Executives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Drive successful sales by developing, managing, and executing the Service Express sales cycle for new business/logo.
  • Achieve or exceed growth-oriented revenue and new logo targets.
  • Actively drive team performance for acquiring new customers.
  • Work with Senior Account Executives to maximize sales attainment.
  • Drive sales and prospecting strategy with Senior Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers.
  • Assist Senior Account Executives with proposal presentations.
  • Hold self and team accountable to drive results.
  • Engage in sound business practices daily.
  • Collaborate regularly with company leadership to align objectives.

Requirements

  • Background in leading revenue-generating teams through significant growth.
  • Experience motivating teams at a high-growth company.
  • Proven track record coaching and implementing innovative sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable leader who can drive results.
  • Servant leadership with a focus on helping others achieve their goals.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Some travel required for team and customer meetings.
