To continue accelerating our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our global sales team with an experienced and passionate Sales Manager who will report to the VP of Global Sales.

In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Oversee daily operations in the sales department.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching sales staff.
  • Create sales plans and assign sales territories.
  • Analyze data and monitor sales team activity.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Engage in customer interactions and close deals.
  • Attend industry conferences for lead generation.
  • Ensure company targets are met through regular check-ins.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales plans.
  • Outstanding mentoring and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software industry.
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience in a SaaS company.
  • Experience selling complex deals into large organizations.
  • Superb presentation and negotiation skills.
