Digital Analytics Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services department and work with our customers to get the most value possible from our analytics solutions. This role would lead the business efforts directly with customers to get reporting set up, generate value and insights from the platform, and ultimately onboard business users. Many of the customers choosing to use Celebrus for analytics are migrating away from other platforms such as Google and Adobe, so a strong understanding and background in web analytics is critical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, advanced analytics, and storytelling.

In Short

• Work with business users to define requirements for analytics.
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert requirements into technical designs.
• Engage with data science teams to drive value from data.
• Analyse data to uncover customer-centric insights.
• Formulate strategic recommendations based on stakeholder goals.
• Develop and standardise dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate on analyses of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong background in digital analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Experience in web and digital marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Comfortable working with external clients.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
