As a Partner Success Manager at Payabli, you are the north star for our partners—their trusted advisor and advocate as they navigate their payments journey post-integration.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Client Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and business intelligence software.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage priorities.
