Overview

Payabli is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to architect and deploy machine learning and AI systems across its payments platform, enabling software companies to integrate payments into their business models.

In Short

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Work with structured and unstructured data across payments and identity systems.
• Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines and AI agent systems.
• Mentor junior AI engineers as the team grows.

• 6+ years of experience in building AI/ML systems.
• Strong Python skills with frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.

Requirements

• Experience with C# is a plus.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or fraud/risk modeling.
• Exposure to identity verification systems.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol or similar frameworks.
• Experience building voice AI or conversational agents.
