Overview

The People Ops Lead is a hands-on HR generalist role at Payabli, responsible for the day-to-day operations and shaping programs that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of People Ops / HR experience.
• Ability to be both strategic and tactical.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS/PEO tools.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
