Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

Payabli is a next-generation Payments Infrastructure and Monetization Platform purpose-built for vertical software companies. The Staff Accountant role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close, while also assisting with audits and vendor invoice processing.

In Short

• Prepare and post journal entries in QuickBooks
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes
• Process vendor invoices
• Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance
• Complete ad hoc accounting requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Highly experienced with Excel and QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
