Overview

The DoiT Manager, Partner Success will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, managing partner relationships and playing a strategic role in building out our partner program.

In Short

  • Remote role based in the United States, preferably in the Pacific or Central time zone.
  • Primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring alignment and joint success.
  • Drive partner program metrics and manage partner satisfaction.
  • Deliver training sessions on DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform.
  • Facilitate partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate on partner training and program development.
  • Build out a Partner Success hiring strategy.
  • Define messaging for expanding partner footprint.
  • Assist with DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ demos.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner success or leading partner programs in SaaS.

Requirements

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Project and/or program management skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Understanding of FinOps SaaS platforms and cloud technologies (bonus).
