Overview

As Vice President of North America Sales, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth, leading the regional sales team, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for our security offerings.

In Short

  • Develop and execute the North American sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Define key segments, targets, and GTM plans to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America.
  • Own the enterprise sales forecast, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Drive predictable, repeatable sales motions and improve conversion metrics across the funnel.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partnerships to align on demand generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Attract, retain, and develop top enterprise sales talent.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and drive contract efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally in cybersecurity or IT security.
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills—comfortable engaging with C-level buyers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
