Overview

This role is a dynamic opportunity for a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Prospect Sales to join the leadership team and drive the company's ambitious growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to shape the vision, planning, and execution of the Enterprise Sales organization.

In Short

  • Lead the Enterprise Sales organization to exceed revenue targets.
  • Inspire and manage Regional VPs and Account Executives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to influence product roadmap.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and best practices in pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure consistency in sales management across teams.
  • Analyze sales metrics with Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Foster an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
  • Mentor and lead sales teams to achieve goals.
  • Maintain integrity and align with company values.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience in Enterprise Software.
  • Ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional customer commitment and relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team-oriented environments.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Proven track record influencing C-level executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • Ability to deliver predictable growth through focused execution.
  • Travel requirement: ~50%.
